PURPOSE:To moderate an impact force between a shaft and a bearing at the energization starting time by pressure contacting a rotor on a brake lining at the opposite side to a stator at non-energization time, removing the pressure contact at the energization time, and further contacting the end face of a keyway of the rotor with the end face of a key of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:Integrally plastically formed key 16 is formed at a shaft 1' press-fitted into the inner race of a bearing 3 held by a frame 2 of a stator 12, and the shaft 1' is press-fitted so that one end face 18 of the key 16 is contacted with the end face 19 of the inner race of the bearing 3 through a spring retainer 9. A keyway 5' for engaging the key 16 is formed on a boss 7 of a rotor 6 mounted on the shaft 1'. When energized, attracting force is generated, the rotor 6 is attracted by large force to the stator 12 side, and the end face 15 of the keyway 5' is contacted with the end face 17 of the key 16. The key 16 and the shaft 1' are inegral, and no axial impact force is applied between the shaft 1' and the inner race of the bearing 3 due to the presence of the retainer 9. |
