PURPOSE:To display correctly the qaulity of the titled deivce, by detecting the data on quality of a sheet that is to be calendered, memorizing the data into a memory, reading the data successively when the sheet is taken up, and recording the read data as quality control data for every roll. CONSTITUTION:In the calendering operation, data such as the thickness and width of the sheet, the forming speed, etc. which will affect the quality of the sheet 5 that is to be calendered are detected, and the detected contents are memorized successively in the memory as quality data corresponding to the particular part of the sheet 5. When the sheet 5 is taken up into a roll, the quality data on the part of the sheet that is to be taken up are read out successively from said memory and are recorded as quality control data for very roll 9. |
