<p>PURPOSE:To achieve effectively plasticizing fusion for resin by a method in which a screw is arranged in the cylinder provided with a heater on its periphery, and the temperature of the extruded material transferred by the screw is controlled by the heat pipe equipped in the screw. CONSTITUTION:A screw 1 operates from its base end as a feed part F for a raw material resin 5 and at its tip part as a metering part M. The themoplastic raw material resin 5 begins to be plasticized by receiving the heat from the heater 3 at the outside of a cylinder 2 and mechanical sheering and heating energy near the end part of the feed part F. The plasticization occurs in the next compression part C by aggregation and the plasticizing fusion is finished at its end part. The metering part M mainly has metering function to transfer the fused resin 6 stably, and the heat from the outside of the cylinder 2 is used for rather keeping temperature than heating.</p> |
