发明名称 COLLECTING METHOD FOR HEAT FROM WASTE GAS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable the use of a heat through effective collection of a heat from a low-temperature waste gas, by a method wherein a heat exchange is conducted by bringing combustion waste gas, containing sulfur oxides, into contact with a concentrated sulfuric acid solution, and a high-temperature sulfuric acid solution is cooled by an indirect heat-exchange and circulated for use. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas from a boiler is reduced in temperature from about 300-400 deg.C to about 150-180 deg.C by a Ljungstro m air preheater 2, and enters a heat exchange tower 3. The gas is cooled through dispersion of concd. sulfuric acid solution from above by means of a circulating pump 7 to attain about 60- 100 deg.C, and is exhausted through chimney 5 through a stack gas desulfurizations tower 4. A heat exchange 8 cools circulated liquid by means of cold water from a pump 9, the liquid is sprinkled from a top, hot water, after recovering its heat, is cooled to about 80-90 deg.C, and produces boiler feed water after passing deaerator 10.</p>
