PURPOSE:To prolong the period of an ON-OFF cycle of a compressor and relieve the load on the magnet clutch by a method wherein the operating level of a controlling circuit for a compressor is regulated. CONSTITUTION:When an evaporator is cooled by driving a compressor and temperature is lowered, the resistance value of a temperature sensor 10 is increased, and when a voltage V2 exceeds a voltage V1, the output of an operational amplifier 1 becomes H-level, so that a transistor 13 is turned OFF and the magneto clutch 14 is deenergized, turning OFF the compressor. When the compressor is turned OFF with the result that the surface temperature of the evaporator is elevated and the voltage V2 is lowered below the voltage V1, the output of the operational amplifier 1 becomes L-level to turn ON the transistor 13, thereby energizing the clutch 14 to turn ON the compressor. |
