PURPOSE:To perform the mass production of a high energy magnet by composing a resin magnet of specific material to enable the long term preservation of the magnet in semigelled state before it is magnetically oriented and readily producing anisotropic magnet. CONSTITUTION:Plasticizer of base material 1 is prepared by mixing plasticizer, e.g., dioctyl butapate, di-2-hecyladipate, di-octyl sebacate, di-2-ethylhecyl azelate, etc. with plastisol, plastigel of vinyl chloride, arbitrarily selecting the viscosity of regin fluid material, gelling the mixture and increasing the width. When anisotropic resin magnet is produced, the above plasticizer is used to enable to increase the quantity of mixture of magnetic powder 2 to be mixed with the plasticizer, and the powder 2 is oriented in the predetermined direction in a magnetic field. Further, the long term preservation of semigelled state of the resin magnet before it is oriented in the magnetic field can be performed, and the mass production of the high energy magnet can be executed. |
