<p>PURPOSE:To obtain sheets with the function of wide angle recurrent reflection which are suitable for highway signposts by dispersing transparent spherical microparticles uniformly like a single layer through heating and curing in transparent paint which can form minute crapy wrinkles on its surface. CONSTITUTION:Transparent spherical microparticles 2 and 2' are dispersed uniformly in the transparent paint which can form crapy wrinkles on its surface because O2 permiability from the film surface is made difficult and the difference in heat contraction and expansion occurs between the inside and outside of the coating film by curing the coat from its surface at heat curing, and applied to a base board 3 so as to form a single layer consisting of the minute particles to perform heat curing. The coating film with minute wrinkles formed on the base baord 3 by minimizing heat extensile strength is formed so as to cover the upper hemispheres of particles 2 and 2' like a concentric circle 6 A reflection reinforcing device 5 is formed by vapor deposition of a metal and application of a white paint or the like, or comparatively large and uneven wrinkles are formed by arranging the particles 2 and 2' irregularly to the inside of the coat with high heat extensile strength. Thus, the sheets with high reflection efficiency and the function of wide angle recurrent reflection can be obtained.</p> |
