PURPOSE:To obtain a frequency waveform for rotating a DC motor smoothly by forming conductive patterns on both faces of a printed board by deviating said patterns from each other at an electrical angle of 90 deg. and by increasing the number of signals from these two conductive patterns by an even number of times by a multiplying circuit. CONSTITUTION:Conductive patterns 5, 5' are formed on both faces of a printed board 6. These conductive patterns 5, 5' are deviated from each other at an electrical angle of 90 deg.. The number of frequency signals obtained from these conductive patterns 5, 5' is increased by an even number of times by means of a multiplying circuit. This frequency signal is converted into a speed- controlling voltage by means of an F-V converter circuit. On the basis of this voltage, then, the motor is controlled at a constant speed by an electrification control circuit.
