<p>The device consists of a panel which comprises suitably arranged rollers; each roller is divided longitudinally into two parts of a different and contrasting colour. One of these two parts has the same colour as the background panel. Each roller can be pivoted by touching slightly with the hand so as to present to the outside the part having the same colour as the background or that which has a contrasting colour, in order to display a numeral segment or a symbol in general. A notch for the end of travel facilitates the placing of the rollers, which pivot with a certain friction so as to avoid any accidental displacement. The device, by virtue of the fact that it requires no electrical supply, is particularly indicated for a mobile use, in order to communicate during sports events; it can also be useful in any other appropriate application. <IMAGE></p> |
