PURPOSE:To form a comparator having a memory function with a simple constitution, by using the constant voltage of a constant-voltage circuit as the reference voltage of the comparator and by using the input to an FF as the compared input. CONSTITUTION:Before applying an input voltage to input circuit B, a reset signal is supplied to reset terminal R of FF.F to reset FF.F. When input voltage Vin rises to agree with reference voltage VR of constant-voltage source circuit A which is provided for operating FF.F by the constant voltage, FF.F is triggerred and has the state inverted. After inversion of the state of the FF, the state of FF.F is held as long as the reset signal is given to reset terminal R, even if input voltage Vin is removed. |
