<p>A cooking apparatus designed for a large clambake. The cooking apparatus includes a large bowl-shaped cooking vessel, supporting legs, a burner to heat the cooking vessel, and a flexible inflatable hood affixed to the cooking vessel rim. As the heated broth liquid in the bottom of the vessel changes to steam, the hood inflates to confine and thereby slightly pressurize the broth steam so that it permeates the entire stack of food being cooked.</p> |
