The selection and drive are held with the Y information drive unit and X information drive unit driving the communication path selective elements commonly selected with the circuits 231...23l and the circuits 241...24m and the communication path selection and hold drive units 271... 27N provided corresponding to the element groups 21...2N and holding the communication line selective elements driven.
