<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the input of a processing request to respective composite windows by controlling windows constituting the composite windows in each composite window. CONSTITUTION:In a system for controlling a main window by plural member windows relating to the main window, a window control table 1 stores the coordinates of one vertex of the main window, relative coordinates from the coordinates of a vertex opposed to said vertex and the control number of the member window. Thereby, which main window is related with a member win dow can be determined by calling the window number of the member window and the size of the main window can be found out by relative coordinates between the coordinates of one vertex and that of its opposite vertex. A window control means 2 finds out the coordinates of one vertex of the main window, a display range from the coordinates of the opposite vertex and the member window relating to the main window from the table 1 and arranges the member window in the display range of the main window by fixing the width of the member window. Said constitution makes it possible to process respective com posite windows by a simple input.</p> |
