PURPOSE:To secure the call control with which the control grade is varied automatically by monitoring the using efficiency of the register. CONSTITUTION:The using condition of the originating register ORT is counted and stored through monitor unit DET, and call detector LSCN controls the call in accordance with output information a-d of DET. For instance, when information (a) is transmitted, AND circuit A1 is earthed. Thus, driver DV has no operation even though the output of decoder RDEC is 1, and no information is supplied to output amplifier SA even with the call of subscriber SUB stored in circuit A1. As a result, speaking control device SPCE has no operation. On the other hand, the subscriber stored in AND circuit A2 from RDEC is not delivered only when information (d) is available. Thus, the control can be given based on each rank. |
