<p>The air gun has a propellant charge separated from the pellet. The latter is placed into the barrel and the propellant charge is placed into cartridge chamber coaxial with the barrel. The propellant charge is placed in a cartridge chamber in the breech block. A single-use sealed compressed air filled cartridge (1) is placed coaxially into the cartridge chamber. The front part of this cartridge (1) has a valve element (4) with grooves (11, 16) with O-rings (12, 15). These are pressed against the breech end face (22). Compressed air is released by actuating the valve.</p> |
