PURPOSE:To permit an upper circle board to race and to prevent the damage of a controller owing to the over-tight of a handle by permitting the upper circle board to ascend in resisting the force of a spring when a rotary torque which causes the handle to rotate comes to a prescribed torque, and causing a ball to escape from a concave part. CONSTITUTION:When the handle 31 at the protruding end of a stem 17 is rotated, the rotation is transmitted to the upper circle board 38 by a connection pin 35, and the upper circle board 38 rotates in the same direction as the handle. Then, the rotation is transmitted to a lower circle board 43 by the ball 42 and the lower circle board 43 rotates in the same direction as the upper circle board 38 with the stem 17. When the controller is closed, the rotation of the stem 17 stops and accordingly the rotation of the lower circle board 43 stops. When the handle is caused to rotate from such a state, the upper circle board 38 is ascended against the force of the spring 37, and the ball 42 escapes from the concave part. Thus, the upper circle board 38 races and the rotary force is prevented from being transmitted to the lower circle board 43. Then, the torq more than the prescribed one does not come to operate, and the damage of the controller owing to the over-tight of the handle is prevented. |
