<p>The gloves or mittens are to protect the hands and sleeves of motorists when carrying out emergency repairs. They reach as far as the shoulder like a sleeve and can be made in paper, fabric, non-woven fabric or plastic. The glove can be assembled by sewing or by being thermally bonded. The opening of the glove is enlarged by pleats or by a slit and is held in place by a circle of elastic or by an auto-bonding tongue.
