The flying conversion comprises a rigid wing structure, with tailplane, with an open section in the front, where the cockpit is locted on conventional aircraft. The open section straddles the car and coupling catches on each side engage the sides of the car to complete the aircraft. The rear of the car couples to the tail-plane using an electrically driven coupling. Control linkages are automatically engaged. An airscrew is driven from the car engine to power the aircraft. The conversion allows the car to be driven normally.
