PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a pallet as a carrying and storing means replacing polyester bags generating one cause of waste increase and also use the same as a small part feed means on an assembly line to improve the efficiency of assembly work. SOLUTION: Governor springs are suction held on the bottom face of a recess 11a by a rubber magnet plate 12 provided on the bottom face of the recessed section 11a to prevent the governor springs from interlocking one another or falling off from a pallet 10 at the time of overlapping and carrying the pallets in a container. Recesses 11a are formed in parallel and the governor springs are stored in respective recesses 11a, and the number of governor springs loaded on one pallet 10 can be checked definitely at a glance and in the case of using the pallet as a governor spring feed means on an assembly line the governor springs can be taken out by a worker securely from the pallet 10.
