PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-type inorganic board with a joint pattern which can prevent the generation of bursting in through holes. SOLUTION: In a cement-type inorganic board with a joint pattern manufactured by a process in which one side of an unhardened cement-type inorganic board 2 in which through holes 1 opening on a side end surface are formed in the thickness is pressed to form an uneven joint pattern, and the board 2 is dried and hardened, the through hole is formed to have a cross section of a rounded quadrangle. Since the stress concentration at the rounded corners of the through holes 1 is prevented, even when the steam pressure in the through holes 1 is increased by the evaporation of water during heat-drying the unhardened board 2, the generation of bursting can be prevented.
