PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of fluctuations in voltages to generate much more stabilized battery alarm by digitizing output voltages of a battery to take them, and reading them one or more times to perform averaging, etc. CONSTITUTION:Analog output voltage values of a battery 31 are converted by an analog-digital conversion means 11 to be outputted as digital output voltage values. The voltage values are read one or more times by a control means 12, and a mean value is calculated after a specified numerical processing. In this manner, output values in a short time are stabilized by converting them into digitized values, and the influence of fluctuations in output voltages of the battery 31 is eliminated by averaging the output voltages, and thus a stabilized voltage value is inputted to the means 12. The means 12 compares the stabilized voltage value with a threshold value stored in a storage means 13 to judge it, and thereby an alarm in which the influence of fluctuations in output voltage of the battery 31 is eliminated can be generated. |
