PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flow rate measuring precision in an ultrasonic flow rate measuring device. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flow rate measuring device is provided with a pair of sensor lifting and lowering units 3A, 3B. Each sensor lifting and lowering unit 3A, 3B is provided with an ultrasonic sensor 2A, 2B and a lifting and lowering mechanism 6 lifting and lowering the ultrasonic sensors 2A, 2B in the water depth direction. The opposite direction of the ultrasonic sensors 2A, 2B makes an angle in the direction of the flow of an open water passage 1 in plan view. A drive and control device 7b controlling the lifting and lowering mechanism 6 of each sensor lifting and lowering unit 3A, 3B is provided so that the ultrasonic sensors 2A, 2B of each sensor lifting and lowering unit 3A, 3B are at the same water depth position. |
