COMMUNICATION SUPPORTING METHOD, SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication supporting method supporting communication from a transmitting terminal to a receiving terminal so as to get a return for the communication by confirming the communication at the receiving terminal, and also to provide a system and program thereof. SOLUTION: In a client 1 as the transmitting terminal, desired time for receiving a mail is given to the mail by means of a context using portion 11 when preparing the mail, and the mail is transmitted to a network 3 from the transmitting terminal to the context using portion 11. A context collecting portion 51 of a mail monitoring server 5 in the network 3 collects contexts such as the receiving desired time of the mail or the like, and such contexts are accumulated in a context accumulating portion 53. The context accumulating portion 53 transmits the mail to the context using portion 11 at a receiving terminal side. When a context preparing portion 57 has no receiving mail from the receiving terminal side, the context preparing portion 57 notices demand information to the receiving terminal.
