PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use an organic metal compound regardless of whether or not dissolved in a solvent.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a material comprises: the step (the deposition step S120) of depositing a slurry including an organic metal compound on a base material; and the step (the heat treatment step S140) of heating a base material having the stuck slurry to volatilize an organic material in the organic metal compound and sinter metal in the organic metal compound. The method for manufacturing the material can deposit the organic metal compound on the base material regardless of whether or not the organic metal compound dissolves in a solvent in order to deposit the slurry of the organic metal compound on the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
