<p>PURPOSE: To improve workability by attaching rolling a belt-shaped body formed from thermoplastic synthetic resin extending from an exposing section where a covering layer is removed to the covering layers and by thermal-depositing the belt-shaped body to add electricity. CONSTITUTION: A tube body 1 is comprised in such a way that a thermoplastic synthetic resin covering layer 3 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of a steel tube 2. Another tube body 1a is comprised the same. Steel tubes 2, 2a are sealingly connected at a connecting position 4 by welding or the like. Extending from the section of the steel tubes 2, 2a, where the covering layers 3, 3a are removed to expose, to adjacent covering layers 3, 3a, a belt-shaped body 5 is helically rolled to thermal-depositing to be sealingly covered.</p> |
