PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high hemostasis effect and to hardly generate large re- bleeding in spite of the separation of a clip, for example, by obtaining a configuration where a high frequency current can be energized in a clip in a hemostasis clip for an endoscope, by which the clip is detached from another member together with a clip clogging member. SOLUTION: In the hemostasis clip device for the endoscope, a conductive operation wire fixing member 36 is arranged so as to be freely movable forward/backward, where the base end of a clip operation wire 4 is connected and fixed and integrally connected to a second finger hook 34 by a screw arranged in a connecting terminal 37. Therefore, the second finger hook 34 is operated forward/backward in an A direction along an operation part main body 31 so that the clip 5 is protruded or drawn back in the tip of a sheath 1 by moving the wire 4 forward/backward in an axial line direction. Besides, the connecting terminal 37 is connected to a high frequency power source cord 50 so that the high frequency current is energized to the clip 5 with the operation wire 4 or the like.
