<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus capable of reducing the dispersion of pixel deterioration among unit pixels of R, G, B, and X (X is an optional color other than R, G and B) and capable of suppressing the generation of sticking. <P>SOLUTION: The display apparatus provided with an RGB-RGBX conversion circuit for converting RGB signals into RGBX signals and an RGBX type self light-emitting display for displaying an image based on the RGBX signals obtained by the RGB-RGBX conversion circuit is provided with the RGB-RGBX conversion circuit whose RGB-RGBX conversion rate is variable and a control means for controlling the RGB-RGBX conversion rate in converting the RGB input signals into the RGBX signals by the RGB-RGBX conversion circuit in accordance with the display positions of the RGB input signals to be inputted to the RGB-RGBX conversion circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
