PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper guide device capable of efficiently removing the curling way of a paper. SOLUTION: This paper guide device 30 holds paper between a pressing roller 31 and a member 37 opposite to it, and supports the pressing roller 31 with such a play that the pressing roller 31 may move toward the opposite member. When the paper is pulled out, the pressing roller 31 makes contact with the driving surface 25 of an upper housing 22a and moves toward the opposite member 37 so that it press the paper. The vicious curl of the paper is removed under pressure and tension.
