FIELD: hydraulic structures, particularly hydraulic drives of construction and road-building machines, particularly for outrigger control mechanisms. ^ SUBSTANCE: fluid distribution device has body with valve located in boring thereof. Valve has annular grooves. Body comprises through channels extending through valve axis and connected to pressure and discharge pipelines. Body also has operational branches extending transversely to valve axis. Channels providing valve balancing are formed inside the body transversely to operational branches and coaxially thereto and communicate with them through valve orifices or annular cuts. Cross-sectional areas or valve balancing channels and operational branches are equal one to another.
