METHOD FOR CONCEALING IDENTIFICATION CODE OF TWO-WAY RADIO EQUIPMENT, AND RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize identification code concealment which is simple, needs only low power consumption and is inexpensive without using full-scale cryptography to two-way radio equipment.

SOLUTION: A second transmitting and receiving station 12 transmits a trigger signal. A first transmitting and receiving station (two-way radio equipment) 11 selects and transmits one identification code among a plurality of preregistered identification codes 14 when the trigger signal is received, and the second transmitting and receiving part 12 receives the identification code. When the identification code 14 received by the second transmitting and receiving part 12 coincides with one of a plurality of preregistered identification codes 15, a data managing means 13 recognizes that the identification code 14 is the code 14 received from the first transmitting and receiving part 11. In addition, a code transmitting means 17 transmits a code 16 different from the identification codes 15 registered in the data managing means 13 is more difficult for the third person to specify the identification code.
