PURPOSE:To discharge high viscosity liquid material cut in a block shape by blowing intermittently compressed gas in the high viscosity liquid material staying in a piping, on the way of the piping. CONSTITUTION:A compressed gas supplying pipe 6 is provided on a piping 5 extended from a high viscosity liquid material storing container 1 and on a piping 5 on the way of the piping. A high viscosity liquid material 2 reserved in the inside of the storing container 1 is pushed out from the storing container 1 by pressure which is applied by a compressor 3, and discharged through the piping 5 into a mix tank 11 in which solvent 13 is filled. On the way that high viscosity liquid material 2 transferred from the storing container 1 is passed through the supplying piping 5 and transferred to the mix tank 11, compressed gas is blown intermittently from the compressed gas blowing hole 9 of a compressed gas supplying pipe 6. Bubbles 14 having comparatively small volumes are formed in the initially blown compressed gas, the volume, thereof are gradually increased, and a gas phase reaching the inner wall of the piping is formed in the moving high viscosity liquid material 2 so as to cut the high viscosity liquid material 2 in a block-like shape. |
