A retainer for a needle bearing is provided to achieve a simple and durable structure and simplify a manufacturing process by combining a segment pocket having a plurality of support holes and a retainer frame to improve productivity and assembling efficiency and obtain high precision. A retainer for a needle bearing includes a retainer frame and a segment pocket(21). The retainer frame has a combining groove combined with the segment pocket and a plurality of support holes for receiving a roller or the needle bearing. The support holes are formed at the bottom of the combining groove. The segment pocket is inserted into and combined with the combining groove and includes a plurality of support holes(22) for supporting the roller or the needle bearing.
