The invention concerns a tunnel-shaped oven with width designed for receiving one single column (8) of stacked products movable along the oven longitudinal axis, wherein the heating burners (12, 13) are arranged on either side of the oven longitudinal axis, and form a first series arranged on one side of the axis wherein the burners (12) open into the hearth (5), and a second series, arranged on the other side of the axis wherein the burners (13) open into the roof (6), the surfaces (14, 15) provided opposite the two series of burners (12, 13) and respectively pertaining to the roof (6) and the hearth (5) are rounded about longitudinal axes located inside the oven.
