PURPOSE: A method for managing pallet distribution using barcode and RFID is provided to inquiry and download a picking list as a mobile communication method, and attach a barcode to a material, thereby managing material and pallet in a real time. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication means inquiries and receives a picking list. A barcode is attached to a material. The picking list and the RFID tag information of the pallet is connected after identified and delivery processing is performed. The pallet is moved to a pallet yard according to vessel block location information which is received form a real time positioning system to the mobile communication means. A barcode of loaded material in the pallet is transmitted to ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system through the mobile communication means. |
