The present invention relates to a new class of compounds of general formula I, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof effective as selective inhibitors of Xa factor both in isolated state and a complex with other proteins. Described in the invention new compounds can be used for the treatment and prevention diseases such as acute coronary syndrome, thromboses caused by postthrombolitic therapy or coronary angioplasty, acute ischemic cerebrovascular syndrome, embolic stroke, thrombotic stroke and a number of other diseases in humans and mammals associated with blood coagulation.
