STRAWBERRY GRAIN SYRUP AND THE MANUFACTURE METHOD

The present invention relates to strawberry grain syrup and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing strawberry grain syrup comprises: a step of preparing strawberries, trehalose, and agar; a step of preparing a first mixture by marinating 45-55 wt% of the strawberries and 35-45 wt% of the trehalose together; a step of preparing a second mixture by adding 5-10 wt% of the agar to the first mixture and grinding the mixture when the trehalose is melted; and a step of finishing strawberry grain syrup by simmering the second mixture prepared in the above step at a temperature of 150-180°C.
