<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make first and second main shafts compact in the direction along the axis, in a transmission arranging a gear train of a plurality of shift stages so that they can be alternatively established between a counter shaft and the first main shaft and the second main shaft coaxially and relatively rotatably penetrating through the first main shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of odd number stage gear trains G1, G3 and G5 are arranged between the second main shaft 27 and the counter shaft 28 by arranging a first speed gear train G1 on the opposite side of first and second clutches 37 and 38. An end part on the first speed gear train G1 side of the second main shaft 27 is rotatably supported by an engine body via a main shaft side ball bearing 31 having a diameter larger than an outer diameter of a first speed driving gear 89 integrally arranged on the second main shaft 27. An outer race 31a of the main shaft side ball bearing 31 is fixed to the engine body by a fixing plate 95 engaging with an outer peripheral part of the outer race 31a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
