PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive composition, which has various characteristics such as excellent surface adhesiveness, adhesive force, heat resistance, moisture resistance, and creep resistance both in the early stage and after moist heat aging, and can form an excellent adhesive layer, and a laminated product obtained by using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. SOLUTION: The pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises an addition type polyester resin (C) having hydroxyl group in which a compound (B) reactable with hydroxyl group is further reacted with a part of hydroxyl groups in an addition type polyester resin (A) having a side chain having hydroxyl group at a terminal of a ring opened part derived from a cyclic ester compound (a-4), the addition type polyester resin (A) being obtained by polyaddition and ring opening addition reaction of a dibasic acid (a-1), a compound (a-2) having two cyclic ether groups in the molecule, a terpenoid compound (a-3) having carboxyl group, and the cyclic ester compound (a-4); and a reactive compound D reactable with a functional group in the addition type polyester resin C.
