The method comprises: receiving a voice operation instruction of a terminal user (S102); opening a profile corresponding to the voice operation instruction, wherein the profile comprises: two or more operation events (S104); and executing the operation events comprised in the profile (S106). Adopting the above technical solution solves the problem of poor user experience caused by the fact that only one operation can be executed for a single voice instruction in the related art, thereby reducing the operation complexity of a terminal, and greatly improving the user experience. |
