PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of noise components due to a switching mode and to read an original stably by leading out a detection signal exclusive for light receiving detection components from each light receiving element after elapsing the time when the noise components, which generate at the time of each switch conduction, are not included. CONSTITUTION:The signal from an original is read optically by respective light receiving detection circuits B1-Bn of a reader, and the read picture signal is lead out to a line 11 by a control circuit 13 which is controlled by the control signal of a control signal generation circuit 12. A picture signal is detected by a resistance 14 of this line 11 and a serial current of a DC current 15, and is added to an amplifier circuit 17. A transistor TR27 of a blanking circuit 26 is connected to the output side of this circuit 17. The signal from the circuit 12 is supplied to the gate of this TR27 by a line 28 and an inversion circuit 29. The noise components, which generate respective switch circuits SW1-SWn of the circuit 13 included in the picture signal which reads the original by detection circuits B1-Bn, are removed, and reading of the original is executed completely.
