PURPOSE: A system for searching a new web-site is provided to easily allow a user to search a new site by registering the new site to region home page at regions. CONSTITUTION: A registrant client(100) inputs an address of a new site, a category, an input form. A server(200) generates the address data from the new site address, generates category data from new site category, and generates area data from a new site area. The server registers the new site in local homepage corresponding to local data. A user client(300) searches a region home page, and register the new site in the region home page.
