<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily verify the operation situation of an element constituting a ladder sequence circuit drawing. SOLUTION: The operation states of a sensor 12 detecting the state of production equipment 10 and an actuator 14 driving the production equipment 10 are stored in an input/output register 18 and the state of the register 18 is outputted to a tracing mechanism 26. the tracing mechanism 26 stores a previous state in a memory 30 as the state of the respective registers and stores the state of this time in a memory 28. The contents of both memories are compared and data on the register whose state changes is transferred to a complication file 42. A control verification mechanism 44 takes in a ladder sequence control circuit drawing on the designated register from a definition file 36, collates the circuit drawing with the change state of the respective registers, which is inputted from the compilation file 42, obtains the operation covering rate of sequence from the collated result and displays the result on an input/output device 46.</p> |
