<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner for a pressure container and its manufacturing method, capable of increasing its withstand pressure strength to the longitudinal force. <P>SOLUTION: This liner for the pressure container is composed of a cylindrical barrel 2, and end plates 3, 4 for closing openings at both ends of the barrel 2. This liner for the pressure container is composed of a first liner component 5 constituting the barrel 2, and two second linear components 6, 7 respectively joined to both end parts of the first liner component 5 and constituting the both end plates 3, 4. Reinforcement walls 9, 13, 14 are respectively fixed to positions corresponding to each other in peripheral wall parts 8, 11, 12 of the first and second liner components 5, 6, 7.
