PURPOSE:To maintain the acceleration response at the bushing attached section less than the degree of acceleration of earthquake by coupling a supporting section, of at least 3-direction and provided at a pedestal with equal angle against the pedestal, to the attaching flange of bushing by means of a damper. CONSTITUTION:A pedestal 5 having the supporting section 5a, which is consisted of a U-typed cut-in opposing to supporting flange section 4a, is installed on the ground, and a main transformer 1 and a tank-type switch 2 are fixed. And, a supporting metal fitting 6 is fixed to the supporting section 5a opposing to the flange section, and the metal fitting 6 and the flange section are coupled by dampers 7. Hereby, when vibration acceleration is going to be amplified at the section where the switch 2 and the bushing installed pedestal 2a are installed at the time of an earthquake, the response acceleration at the bushing installed pedestal 2a will not particularly be amplified due to the vibration energy absorbing efficiency of the dampers 7. The acceleration response is, therefore, maintained at a point less than the acceleration limit at which the long bushing 4 installed at the flange 4a can endure. |
