PURPOSE:To improve the analysis accuracy of an object to be inspected in the wide range, by providing a stop valve mechanism between a collecting tube and a sample vaporizing chamber in a gas analyzing device or by providing a backflow preventing mechanism at the side of a bias flow path and by eliminating a ghost peak. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant valve 4 and a glass lining tube 5 for preventing the flow in whirls of a sample gas and for reducing a dead volume are provided on the way between a collecting tube 2 and a sample vaporizing chamber 6 of a gas chromatograph 7 in a figure A. By this way, the flow of a little sample gas generated at the time of heating of the collecting tube 2 into the chamber 6 is prevented. A three-way cock 6 is provided between a flow path at the side of the collecting tube 10 and a bias flow path 11 in a figure B, and by this way, the backflow of the gas into the bias flow path 11 at the time of analysis is prevented. By such a way, the analysis accuracy of an object to be inspected in the wide range is improved by preventing the generation of a ghost peak and using a proper absorbent. |
