PURPOSE: An ultrasonic sensor apparatus of a back collision alarm device is provided to increase the transmitting source, and to detect the obstacles within the large rear range by mounting the ultrasonic sensors in the rear part of the vehicle inside the bumper cover and diffracting the transmission signal through plural sensing holes. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic sensor apparatus of a back collision alarm device is composed of plural ultrasonic sensors(18) arranged horizontally and installed in the rear end of the vehicle body to be closed by a bumper cover(14), and sensing holes arranged longitudinally in the bumper cover in the rear part of the ultrasonic sensors at regular intervals. The ultrasonic sensors are spaced from the inside of the bumper cover to pass the ultrasonic signals from the ultrasonic sensors through plural sensing holes. The ultrasonic sensor is placed between the sensing holes arranged in a line.
