PURPOSE:To find a bug and a fault in a short time by writing the address of a microinstruction which is executed before a microinstruction to be executed to the certain area of a storage part when the microinstruction to be executed is a previously specified microinstruction. CONSTITUTION:When a detecting circuit 8 detects a state which coincides with condition set previously in a condition setting part 7, the contents of a log address register 5 are set in a write register 6 and written in a memory 10. At the same time, the coincidence of current data with the set condition is also written as information in the memory 10 together with the contents of the log address register 5. Thus, the state of coincidence with the preset condition is recorded in the memory 10 at every time a branch instruction is executed and every time the state coincident with the preset condition is entered, so a microprogram is debugged in a short time. |
