摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to observe a prescribed tomographic image without receiving influence of movement of a subject's eye during measurement.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological imaging apparatus comprises: tomographic image acquisition means for acquiring a tomographic image of a subject's eye by using an OCT optical system comprising scan means for performing a scan using measurement light radiated on the subject's eye and a light receiving element for detecting light synthesized by light generated by the subject's eye reflecting the measurement light and light from a reference optical path; positional deviation detection means for detecting a positional deviation of the subject's eye; correction means for correcting the measurement light's scan position on the subject's eye on the basis of a positional deviation detected by the positional deviation detection means; optical path difference change means for changing optical path difference between a measurement optical path and the reference optical path; and optical path difference control means for detecting variation in an imaging position in the depth direction of predetermined part of the subject's eye in the tomographic image to control, on the basis of a result of the detection, the optical path difference change means so that the positional deviation with respect to the reference position is corrected.
