PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing jig for diced pieces which is used to temporarily align and fix the diced pieces on a predetermined substrate.SOLUTION: A fixing jig 10 for diced pieces 2 comprises: a base 12; and a substrate 15 arranged on the base 12 and having a plane part 15a. The plane part 15a of the substrate 15 has: diced piece arrangement regions 25 in which the plurality of rectangular diced pieces 2 are arranged, respectively; and support bodies 20 which are adjacent to the outer side of the diced piece arrangement regions 25 and used to support the diced pieces 2. The substrate 15 has positioning bodies 30 to position the substrate 50 so that the diced pieces 2 may be bonded together. |
