The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a bioabsorbable pin capable of containing medicine, wherein the bioabsorbable pin is manufactured through processes of melting, extruding, elongating, cold milling and polishing, and fabricated from polylactide (PLA), poly lactic co-glycolide (PLGA) or polyglycolide alone, or with a mixture of synthetic bone materials such as hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate, and silicate, and to the pin thus manufactured, an absorbable polymer solution is applied and undergoes a phase transition with an alcohol solution to create micropores on the surface of the pin, followed by a drying process that removes residual solvent therein. |
